• A 300 Amp Stick/TIG-welding machine which will run off the “third-rail” DC voltage up to 800 Volts, and is ideally suited for light rail and subway train tunnels where AC power is not available and fumes from generator welders may be hazardous. The unit has optional clamps for connecting Third-Rail power.

• Primarily designed for TIG welding (GTAW) with an industrial robot using a time-proven SCR-inverter type power supply. Weighs only 80 pounds, features a built-in circuit breaker, and provides 5-zones of thermal protection to make this machine ideal for integration with an industrial robot using 240, 480, or 575 Volts AC for primary power.

• The Warhorse is an option to The Workhorse 300S. It is available in all standard voltages and is designed to protect the machine from voltage spikes and over voltage surges commonly found in environments with very “dirty” power distribution system, such as coal mines, power plants, steel mills and some generators. This high resistance to surges and spikes has been achieved by vastly increasing the capacity of existing surge protection circuits, adding new surge protectors and by using high voltage rated components in critical parts of the inverter circuits.
