OSW Series
4 weld heads with the size range of OD 10 – 168.3 mm.
The open frame weld head locates one side of the weld joint. During welding the water cooled torch (or gas cooled) and cable assembly rotates around the tube or pipe. Welding can be made with or without wire.

Torch Holder “Standard” Torch Holder “Mini”
Package includes:
- Open framed weld head
- Clamp ‘shoes’ which are easily fitted to accommodate the smaller end of the weld head size range
- Mechanical arc gap adjusting screw
- “Mini” Torch bracket (OSW 40) respectively “Standard” torch bracket (OSW 80, 115 and 170); torch assemblies are not included with the weld head
